Sadhguru Mystic Musings: What does a Yogi wants??

Yogi doesn't want to sleep or eat. He wants to be that way for many days - just being alive by his own contact with existence, not by putting something into him. If your energies are very active then physical body becomes no more an limitation, energy becomes the main contact. Right now your mind body and emotions are the main contact that you have with rest of the world.  Once you are truly energitic you can communicate with everything in the existence energywise. When you start communicating energy wise there is no distintion between this and that. Once that barrier is broken that is the ultimate nature, because in energy there is oneness and it helps to go beyond all you physical limitations.
