9 Guidelines of Jainism
- Do not reside in closer proximity to the people of opposite sex
- Do not talk to the person of opposite sex in private
- Do not watch body of the person of other sex with sensual feelings
- Do not sit at the place for a while a person of opposite sex was sitting
- Do not listen to a couple who is talking in private
- Do not remember past sensual pleasure
- Do not eat tasty or toxicating food
- Do not eat tasteless food in excess
- Do not take extra care of the body
